The digital gift card will send to the recipient's email address at the time of your purchase. If you would like the email sent at a later time, enter your email address as the recipient instead, and then you will be able to forward the digital gift card email at the time of your choosing.
After purchasing a digital gift card, the system will send 2 emails. The first email will send to the email address of the person purchasing the gift card with a transaction receipt. The second email will send to the recipient's email address and will contain the digital gift card with a QR Code and card number. The QR code or card number is needed to redeem the gift card balance. The transaction receipt cannot be used to redeem the gift card.
If the person purchasing the gift card or the recipient doesn't receive the digital gift card from our service provider, check spam or junk folders. If the email cannot be found, contact one of our locations so we can resolve the issue promptly.
